  • the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 DSGVO in conjunction with § 19 BDSG)

With regard to the right to information and the right of deletion, the restrictions pursuant to §§34 und 35 BDSG apply.

Purpose of the data collection, processing or use:

The object of the company is the development, sale and provision of software and hardware solutions for retailers and their customers, as well as the maintenance and support of these solutions; the provision of comprehensive services in the areas of seamless checkout, payment and IT integration, store operations and store management; the creation of customer-oriented solutions to problems within the scope of system integration projects; the development and provision of end-customer software for checkout and cashless payment in the retail sector.

öPublic bodies in the case of overriding legal provisions, external contractors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR (processors), companies affiliated with the controller in accordance with § 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), third parties on behalf of customers or for the processing/fulfillment of the tasks described under the headings. Standard deadlines for the deletion of data:

The statutory retention obligations and periods are complied with. After expiry of the periods, the data (and, if applicable, cookies) will be deleted. If data does not fall under the above regulations, it will be deleted if the conditions set out under the headings. „"Purpose of data collection, processing or use" and "Use and disclosure of personal data and purpose limitation".

Planned data transfer to third countries
